About Us

Cafe Company Inc. is a cafe/restaurant operator in Tokyo.
We have around 100 locations in Japan (mainly Tokyo, a few in Osaka & Kyoto), 4 in Hong Kong, and 1 in Bangkok.

We have multi-brand approach and each cafe/restaurant we create takes into account the personality of the neighborhood and surrounding community. Our shops reflect the latest trends in Tokyo street fashion, music, art, and are a fusion of Japanese and international styles.

About Morizumi’s Kitchen

Yasuji Morizumi began his culinary career as a fine dining French chef. After decades working in upscale restaurants, he decided to turn his attention to ramen. His MIST restaurant in Honk Kong was the first ever ramen restaurant to receive a Michelin star. Here is a brief profile of him.

He has partnered with Cafe Company to create a casual, cafe-like ramen experience with Morizumi’s Kitchen. Located in a shopping center located next to Tokyo Dome, Morizumi’s Kitchen several fusion style ramen dishes.

Morizumi’s Kitchen is located in the LaQua shopping center at JR Suidoshi Station (or Marunouchi Line Korakuen Station).

Job Descriptions

– Ramen Kitchen or Hall Staff
Shift hours & days to be discussed
Wage 1000 yen/hour + 500 yen/day for transportation
(950 yen/hour during training period.)

Start Date: Immediately

Required Japanese Ability

– Must have conversational ability.
Most of all, you should be studying Japanese and have a strong desire to improve it.


– Must have a valid working, student, or working holiday visa,
– be currently living in the Tokyo area,
– have at least 1 year left on your visa/stay in Japan.
– Must be outgoing, with a friendly personality, and want to try working in the service industry.
– Previous industry experience is preferred, but not required.
